FFA ( formerly known as Future Farmers of America) is the premier youth organization preparing members for leadership and careers in the science, business and technology of agriculture through agricultural education.
FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which give members the tools to achieve real-world success. Members are future farmers, chemists, veterinarians, government officials, entrepreneurs, bankers, international business leaders, teachers and premier professionals in many career fields.
With more than 1,027,273 FFA members in 9,235 chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the National FFA Organization has a strong presence as the largest student-led organization in the nation.

When you purchase flower bulbs through our FlowerPower fundraiser, you’re doing more than planting beautiful blooms—you’re investing in agricultural education and the students of Silvies River FFA. Your support helps fund student-led FFA projects and gives our members the opportunity to travel to leadership conferences, competitions, and Oregon FFA State Convention—experiences that build confidence, responsibility, and real-world skills. As one of Oregon’s growing virtual FFA programs, we’re proud to connect students from across our communities to hands-on learning and leadership opportunities, no matter where they live. Thank you for supporting our students, our chapter, and the future of agriculture—one flower at a time.
