Welcome to the SRCS Wellness Page
At Silvies River Charter School, we care about the whole student – mind, body, and spirit. This virtual wellness space was created for students, families, and staff to explore strategies and resources that support both physical health and social-emotional well-being.
Here, you’ll find tools, activities, and practices designed to help you manage and accept strong emotions like stress, anxiety, or grief, as well as ways to build resilience during good times and challenging times.
Take a few moments each day to pause and bring in what calms you – breathe deeply, practice gratitude, and do something that feeds your brain and spirit.
Important Note: If you or someone you know is in immediate crisis, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 988 right away.
